The Family Camping Project will offer overnight family camping exhibitions comprising pre-camp preparations, overnight camp, hike, family activities and cultural awareness.

This project will develop a pilot program designed to encourage hiking participation within culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD), migrant and refugee communities who have been traditional under-represented in bushwalking. Acting as a gateway to bushwalking , the project will deliver a program of approximately 15 walks ranging from 1 hour to full day hikes, scaled to the abilities of the participants.

Nature Play in the Park is a program that encourages outdoor active engagement in local parks and recreation areas and equips families with the skills to be active and engaged in the natural environment and helps address the concerning statistics relating to low participation rates in recreation.

Paddle squad combines organised fitness with fast action team games and cultural and eco-discovery programs that will inspire and enlighten. This project is the third stage in Paddle WA's junior gateway programs feeding into clubs, junior paddling disciplines and high-performance pathways. The program is split into two components - semester 1, finishing with a camp to test skills learnt and semester 2 continuing their development and finishing with a second camp open to all feeder programs.

Paddle on Country promotes recreational kayaking exploring the cultural significance of Pilbara waterways. This project will be undertaken in partnership with Nyamal Aboriginal Corporation and led by Aboriginal youth who will be supported by Pilbara/Traditional Elders.

Surfing WA's Swellness program aims to target beginner surfers to deliver a series of educational workshops in safety awareness, etiquette, conditioning and confidence-building. This will be delivered through a six module course with a hands on component for approximately 1000 participants.

The project aims to encourage regional women, of all abilities, to connect and swim and enjoy being in the water. It aims to address the need for education and support for adult women who lack ability or confidence to swim. it will achieve this by providing swimming education, training, and lessons in a safe non-judgemental space. Online education will achieved through creating a series of digital learning resources that are free to access and tailored specifically for women. Three 'road trips' through the Great Southern, South West and Wheatbelt areas will facilitate active participation in swimming sessions with other women in regional WA.

This project delivers on the participation strategy over a series of months rather than single day events, to break down barriers and increase participation in a nice segment (women) and minority group of riders in the WA mountain biking community. Leveraging active participation activities, documentative media and broad stakeholder engagement both inside and outside the local mountain bike community. This project will deliver on this by encouraging entry level participation through its short documentary films created through the program and series of open events. At the same time there will be a focus on training and upskilling volunteers with appropriate qualifications to increase capacity for taking more novice groups out on rides.
